All orders placed through The Kave Collection are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We do our best to ensure your items are packed securely and dispatched in a timely manner.
2. Shipping Rates

Domestic (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $8 AUD per order.

International: Flat rate of $25 AUD per order.
Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Delivery Estimates

Domestic Orders (within Australia): Usually delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or customs processing.
5. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their country’s regulations. The Kave Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

8. In-Store Pickup
For local customers, we also offer free in-store pickup at our Melbourne location. Select this option at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
