At The Kave Collection, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you purchase is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once your claim has been assessed and approved.
